Bluetooth CF card from IOGEAR

IOGEAR launched a Bluetooth CompactFlash (CF) Card that lets users connect PDAs to other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

IogearBT-CFcard.jpgThe company says the card can connect to other PCs, peripherals and wireless devices within a Bluetooth personal area network of up to 66 feet away. The card costs $99.95 and is available at catalog resellers, online resellers and other retail outlets, IOGEAR says.

The card includes built-in encryption and authenticaiton features, and supports Bluetooth 1.1 specifications, IOGEAR says. It fits into Type 1 and Type II CF slots. For more information on the card, go to the IOGEAR Web site.
