We've seen a lot of phones at the CTIA 2003 show in New Orleans. Click on the links below to see what we saw from Nokia, RIM and Sony Ericsson. WARNING: Clicking the link opens new window in your browser.

Nokia

  • Nokia 3300, a portable music player and phone.
  • Nokia N-Gage, Nokia's new gaming platform for GSM/GPRS networks.
  • Nokia 2285, a new basic-level phone that runs on the CDMA 1x network. Includes GPS functionality for E911 service. Other phones in this series include the 2270 and 2280.
  • Nokia 3586i, a tri-mode CDMA 1x phone that includes a color screen, Java technology, MIDI ring tone support, graphical caller ID and changeable face plates.
  • Nokia 6585, designed for fashion-conscious consumers looking for advanced wireless features, including high-speed data support, integrated FM radio and built-in speakerphone.

    RIM

  • RIM BlackBerry 6210, which operates on a GSM/GPRS network and will be offered by AT&T Wireless. Another model, the 6750, runs on the CDMA 1x network and will be offered by Verizon Wireless.

    Sony Ericsson

  • T610, the second-generation camera phone that includes a 65,000-color screen and built-in camera. Includes a flash accessory to attach for low-light situations.
  • The T310, a color-screen mobile phone with expanded gaming and enhanced messaging capabilities. This is a follow-up to the T300 phone that launched in Q4 2002.
  • T608, the first CDMA phone with integrated Bluetooth technology in the U.S., according to Sony Ericsson. The T608 also includes Java for downloading ring tones, games, images and other applications.
  • HBM-30, a Bluetooth-enabled hands-free MP3 player. The player communicates with a Bluetooth phone so that when a call comes in, the MP3 player alerts the listener.
