Network World Fusion, 05/28/03

Sprint announced today that the Intermec 760 Color device can now access Sprint's nationwide wireless PCS network.

The rugged mobile device integrates up to three wireless connectivity options, including Bluetooth, wireless LAN (802.11b) and now CDMA 1x via Sprint's network, the company said.

The device includes an integrated Area Imager option, which reads 1D and 2D bar codes, and supports photography applications and signature capture. For more information on the device, go to the Intermec Web site.
