KDS lowers monitor prices

KDS USA this week lowered prices on its 15-inch and 17-inch Radius LCD monitors. The 15-inch models, the Rad-5 and Rad5-c, cost under $300, the company said. The 17-inch Radius monitors, the Rad-7xp and Rad-7c, cost under $400.

Features of the monitors include:

  • Rad-5: 15-inch monitor with 1,024 by 768 resolution and displayable color rate of 16.7 million colors. Available at Buy.com and Micro Center for $269.
  • Rad-5c: 15-inch monitor with 1,024 by 768 resolution, 16.7 million color support, and advanced on-screen controls and built-in speakers. Available at Buy.com, Wal-Mart and Micro Centr for $279.
  • Rad-7xp: 17-inch monitor with 1,280 by 1,024 resolution, 16.7 million colors, and advanced on-screen controls. Available at Buy.com for $385.
  • Rad-7c: 17-inch monitor with dual stereo speakers. Available at Wal-mart for $399.
