A company called Cirago today announced an under-$100 price for its Marvel MP3 player, a thumb-sized device that stores 128M bytes of files and also includes a digital voice recorder. The official price is $99.99, and users can order the device at the company's Web site or SuperPCMart.com.
Other features on the device include a five-mode equalizer, dynamic bass boost, a blue backlit LCD that shows artist and title, and up to 12 hours of playback on a AAA battery. Cirago says approximately two hours of music can be stored on the internal 128M bytes of flash memory.
Music files can be transferred via "drag-and-drop" to a PC or notebook by connecting the USB plug on the device to the PC or notebook, Cirago said.
