If you have a USB port on your computer but no Ethernet, you might be interested in this. SMC this week announced its SMC2209USB/ETH, a USB 2.0 to 10/100 Ethernet Adapter.
The 3-inch device, which costs $32.99, lets users connect to a network via Ethernet through a computer’s USB 2.0 port.
For installation help, the device comes with an EZ Installation Wizard from SMC. The device is also powered from the USB port of the host PC, so no external power is needed. The device will be available on May 15, SMC said. For more information, go to the SMC Web site.
Does a usb to ethernet adapter work with x-box live on the x-box console?
Thanks
