Network World Fusion, 06/27/03

Sea Sonic Electronics recently launched its Super Tornado ATZ 12V Power supply, which offers PC gamers and “Do it Yourself (DIY) enthusiasts a very quiet, 120mm Cyclone cooling fan.

Aimed at users with Pentium 4 processors version 1.3 or higher, the Super Tornado is a horizontally mounted fan that is about 50% larger than other cooling fans, Sea Sonic said. The company says the larger size eliminates the need for a second fan, and also the horizontal mount helps prevent “lubricant leakage while assuring 0% chafe on the fan bearings,” Sea Sonic said.

The Super Tornado ATX 12V Power Supply costs $65 and should be available now. For more details, go to the Sea Sonic Web site.
