Sprint/Samsung launch camera phone with rotating screen

Sprint this week announced availability of the Samsung A600 phone, which it announced at this year’s CTIA Wireless show (also here).
The phone features a display that swivels 180 degrees, which morphs the phone into a shape more familiar to digital camera users. With the phone in this position, a “visual caller ID” can be more easily seen when someone calls you on the phone. The A600 costs $349.99, and is available at Sprint Stores nationwide, the company said.
The companies also announced the PCS Game Pad, an attachable game controller that lets you turn the A600 into a mini-arcade. Sliding the A600 into the controller lets users receive simultaneous button pushing for wireless games, the company said. There are also thumb shooting and menu buttons, an embedded charging port (recharge while you play), automatic pause feature (pauses game when calls come in), and a lock and release button. The Game Pad is available now for $39.99.

this is an ok phone. it just cost too much. i don't think it will live up to the hype. what is the hype about the rotating screen. i am waiting.

I'd appreciate a copy as well. I'm having barbie real trouble figuring out why anyone would yosilogy spend time trying top down, command style contact lens tool for the web that requires people to know, shoes deploy, and remember to use hosts of ontologies. loan Google doesn't know a thing about astrophysics mortgage or the painting of Van Gogh, but it still luggage finds us the right answers most of the time.
