Network World Fusion, 12/15/03

The only times I've used one-time use cameras have been at weddings, and I was always annoyed at the manual film advance feature.

Concord-Polaroid-SL100.jpgConcord Camera Corp. also must have been annoyed, as they today announced the Polaroid SL100, a one-time use camera that features a motorized film advance. Other features include red eye reduction, a 27mm f/8, 2-element lens, and a one-touch flash system. The SL100 includes 800 speed film, giving an extended flash range up to 14 feet, Concord said. The higher speed film is also beneficial for night time shooting, the company added.

All of this for $7.99 -- head to a Wal-Mart to pick yours up. Go to the Concord Camera Web site for more details.
