After running in betas and limited releases for months, SWsoft’s server virtualization software is now generally available for Windows environments.
The company officially unveiled Virtuozzo for Windows last week. Now Virtuozzo runs on both Linux and Windows. Both products are priced the same: $1,000 per CPU. Virtuozzo for Windows can be downloaded here for evaluation. SWsoft execs say end users can expect to see updates to Virtuozzo for Windows over the coming months, including support for additional operating system environments, enhanced management capabilities and high availability clustering and replication.
