Credit card processor ordered to preserve evidence

Following a security breach and theft of credit card information that was made public in June, a California state court has ordered CardSystems Solutions and three other defendants in a class-action lawsuit to retain information relating to the computer system break in. A lawyer for the plaintiff says, "We don't want any Enron shredding going on."
