Ars Technica has an item, "Spammer sues anti-spammer for $4 million", that will bring the blood of spam haters everywhere to boiling point.
The story not only shows the extent to which CAN SPAM is a useless pile of dingo's kidneys but also demonstrates how much individuals are at the mercy of companies that want to shut them up. Sounds like a case for the EFF ...
