Video taking a back seat?

The video portion of conferencing seems to be taking a back seat to audio and data. Bob Romano, head of FVC, claims the priority order is voice, data then video. And not many in the audience argued with him. "If the video fails you talk, if the audio fails you walk," Romano said during is session here.
