Genesys shines again

Gave the Genesys Meeting Center another test drive yesterday, this time with a bigger meeting. We had 20 people online/on the phone and all went relatively smoothly. The only two issues we ran into is Genesys does not support Firefox (or at least we didn't get it to work with it) and the guy coming in over dial-up lost the slides part way through. Otherwise, flawless. I even muted a few lines where you could hear typing in the background.
