Skype video plug-in

According to a Register article, there's a new plug-in for Skype that allows users with a Webcam to conduct video calls using the Skype client. Users can download the plug-in for free from Dialcom. You can only video call other Skype users, but it's a cool development for the free voice (now video) service.
