Yesterday I vented my frustration about the last minute cancellation of Adobe's Maximum Impact seminar in Boston. Today, would-be attendees got a form e-mail apologizing for the mix up, promising to reschedule the free event and saying a "Royal Executive Adobe Pen" will be appearing in our mailboxes in the coming weeks. Just what I need, another pen. But boy, it makes up for sitting in two hours of Boston-bound traffic! A product gift certificate or discount would have been a better salve than a pen.
