HP has been slowly releasing details about a new desktop communication device, codename Agora, that it is working on with Microsoft:
Agora, according to Dodds, is intended to augment a standard PC and to replace more costly conferencing software. Dodds noted that the communication module of Agora, coupled with Windows software tailored for the device, will work with any brand of PC.
However, if you're looking to buy one as a Christmas gift, you better be thinking of Christmas 2004.
