There's yet another option available in the world of Web conferencing: Macromedia Breeze Live. Based on the Macromedia Breeze platform for creating on-demand versions of presentations, Live does what its name implies, lets presenters conduct live meetings over the Internet complete with PowerPoint slides and document viewing. What makes Breeze a bit different from other Web conferencing options available is its use of Flash on the client side. Macromedia claims Flash Player is installed in 98% of the world's PCs, so most likely any conference participant will not need to download anything before being able to join a meeting. Breeze Live is available as both a hosted service or premise-based offering. Pricing for the hosted service starts at $83/month.

I am Project Manager e-learning at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp-Belgium.

We are looking for a managable and affordable tool for web conferencing between 2-3 partners, we in Belgium, the other partners in Africa and/or Asia.

What are the possibilities ans costs for hosting/installing the tool?
