Network World Fusion 03/30/04

Tooting my own horn, I've got a story in this week's Net.Worker section of Network World that looks at the issues remote and home-based workers face when trying to use videoconferencing technology to communicate with colleagues. Originally, I planned to a purely customer focused story that looked at three or four companies and/or individual users that use video on a regular basis. This turned out to be a needle-in-a-stack adventure, with my pleas for users going unanswered. So we turned the story around and looked at why video hasn't been as quick to take off, despite all the options available and advances in technology (i.e. broadband) that makes it possible. If you're using videoconferencing regularly drop me a line and we may be able to use your story in a future article.
