ContentGuard is delivering a software development kit for ISVs that want to add MPEG Rights Expression Language (REL) to their existing digital rights management (DRM) applications. MPEG REL is an XML-based schema for describing rights for a piece of content. The specification is based on ContentGuards' eXtensible rights Markup Language (XrML). The SDK is written in Java. Developers can download a beta of the SDK here.
