This is aimed at customers with 1-10 lines.
That price is within a couple of dollars of most business VoIP offerings aimed at the same customers. Sound great? The gotchas: you sign a year-long contract, and the long distance rates go back to market pricing in a year. And the free long distance only covers US calls if I remember correctly, unlike VoIP services which include Canada under the "free long distance" umbrella.
