This is for the PR people having to research me before a contact with one of their clients.
I have a suggestion. Put your client's name and URL in the introduction to their press release, and repeat both at the end.
This doesn't seem too hard, even for PR people, but more and more press releases and e-mails are coming in that hide the client name and URL. Hide, as in neither appear in the press release.
Since the entire idea aims to get your client some exposure, why are you making it hard for me to get more information beyond the press release?
And those of you paying for such crappy service, why are you putting up with such shoddy work?
