Network World Fusion, 12/10/04

I can't give away all the details yet, but I'm too excited to keep mum. We've signed on one of the foremost legal experts in telework to write an occasional column for Fusion, starting in late January or early February. Hooray!

"In House Counsel: Legal Trends Concerning Home-based Workers," will focus on how existing laws--including legislative, judicial, and administrative measures--affect both teleworkers and their employers. It'll also address the impact of proposed laws on telework.
