The "Network World" Enterprise Tablet Recommendation Poll

Your company's future, not to mention your IT career, is on the line.

Your CEO glares at you over a desk the size of an aircraft carrier, chews on an unlit cigar, and then she says, "OK, propellerhead. I'm taking this company into the future and the future is mobile. What tablet do we go with?"

This is your chance.

Now, you can, of course, start explaining to her about the security and management trade-offs, the application development challenges, the controversy over HTML5 vs Adobe Flash for video, revamping the entire IT support infrastructure. Or you can just suck it up, take a deep breath and blurt out...What. You. Really. Think.

As Georges Danton, an early leader of the French Revolution said, "il nous faut de l'audace, et encore de l'audace, et toujours de l'audace"—"We need audacity, and yet more audacity, and always audacity!" Of course, Danton died under the guillotine.

We've picked five of the most talked-about tablets, including one that now seems ready to ship soon, RIM's PlayBook. And we left a place for you to add your own suggestion.

To refresh your memory, here are some links for each one. Then, take our poll, which in honor of the newly announced iPad 2, is in Pure-of-heart white instead of industrial grey.
