Cisco has a data center announcement coming the week of April 5 that involves UCS, Nexus and the MDS FibreChannel SAN switch. Time once again for our guessing game...
For UCS, our guess is servers based on Intel's new Xeon 5600, or "Westmere," processors;
For Nexus... isn't it about time for some FCoE blades for the Nexus 7000? Or an 8G FibreChannel expansion module for the Nexus 5000?;
And for MDS: how about a 16G switch and/or some FCoE modules?
What's yours?
