Attention online retailers: Keynote offers one week free monitoring

Expecting a holiday rush? Get ahead of it with one week free Web and mobile site monitoring from Keynote Systems.

Retail Web site owners worried holiday traffic could bring down the online shop, so to speak, could take advantage of a free offer from Web site monitoring vendor Keynote Systems.

Getting a handle on Web site performance

Keynote in November announced it would help online retailers prepare for the busy holiday shopping season by offering free Web and mobile site monitoring for any one week period through January 1, 2010. Companies interested in the limited-time only service can register here. Online shoppers can cripple a Web site's performance and those click-happy holiday buyers also need to worry about their own security while loading up virtual shopping carts.

Online retailers have more than 240 worldwide locations from which to choose for their Web or mobile site monitoring, according to Keynote, which is also offering free 'on boarding' to eligible retailers. That means Keynote will help with the creation of monitoring scripts and the set up of daily performance reports and alerts. With this offer, Keynote will also provide customers with a complimentary on-site review of the retailer's Web infrastructure.
