Unfortunate timing for Cisco flight safety ads

It's not Cisco's fault but some CNN viewers were shown the company's TelePresence commercials  that features various people reciting flight safety instructions yesterday as the news channel reported on US Airways Flight 1549, which crash-landed in the Hudson River. Cisco spokesman David McCulloch is cited in the LA Times as saying that the company instructed its advertising agency to pull the ads but that it took some time to have all the spots removed and some still aired.
