Attend a conference on Virtualization...Virtually

Free Virtualization conference this Tuesday Sept. 15th.

With all the talk we do about Virtualization and how efficent and cost effective it is for organizations. I guess it makes good sense to have a virtual conference. IT Virtualization Live is an online conference that will be presented this Tuesday Sept. 15th at 11am EST. The conference kicksoff with with the keynote: Virtualization Today: Where we're at. Where we're going presneted by my colleague Greg Shields. Greg is a Microsoft MVP and VMware vExpert and this keynote promises to be an unbiased, independent look at the state of virtualization today and where we are going, the keynote will feature a focus on cloud-based technologies. Microsoft MVP's Chris Wolf & Brien Posey will also be on hand. Chris tackles the tough question "Hypervisor Competitive Differences: What the Vendors Aren't Telling You" and Brien will talk about a subject no Admin can afford to ignore Disaster Recovery in a Virtual World. There will be two breaks in between the speakers, this will allow you to visit the virutal expo hosted by conference sponsors which includes several industry leading virtualization companies. Whether you have been down the road of Virtualization a long time, have implemeneted or tested it out a bit, or have been waiting on the sidelines (can't figure why anyone would at this stage of the game... but there are some), join me Tuesday (yes I signed up). Register today and attend the Virtual conference on Virtualization. It promises to be a conference worth your time and just think you can tell your boss there are no travel expenditures involved :)
