Key features: Motorola's first Android-based touch smartphone, a horizontal slider that exposes a full QWERTY keyboard. Makes use of a custom user interface called MOTOBLUR, which seems in general terms to mimic the "card-deck" style used in the Palm Pre. Blur is the basis for integrated conversation threads, messages, links, photos and other user data and Web services. Quad-band 3G capable with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth; 3.1-inch HVGA screen, 320x480 pixel resolution. Uses the Android WebKit-based HTML browser. More info.

IBM\'s Lotus Symphony

Key features: The ChartShare Widget, left, provides screen sharing for up to 20 people with support for co-creation and editing of presentations. It also supports integration with Lotus Sametime Unyte Live's meeting capability. The ChartShare Widget also gives presence information on every contributor to the presentation and a link to instant messaging. Other new widgets for Symphony include, OrgChart, Learning, Team Workspace, Wiki, Treasure Box and Export Graphic. More info.

Key features: CodeArmor Intelligence 2.0 gives software vendors greater flexibility for addressing the illegal use of their software.
