HP ProCurve\'s Threat Management Services Module

Key features: This hardware blade carries firewall, VPN and IDS/IPS software, and plugs into ProCurve 5400 edge and 8200 core switches. The module is intended to protect data centers and also help partition off network segments from malware outbreaks.

3Com\'s H3C S12518 data center switch

Key features: Data center aggregation and high-end enterprise core switch that delivers 2.2 billion pps of forwarding through a 6.6 Tbps non-blocking fabric, with up to 128 10-Gigabit or 864 Gigabit Ethernet ports. More info.

Extreme Networks\' BlackDiamond 8900 modules

Key features: Three modules for the existing BlackDiamond 8800 chassis that optimize the switch for 10 Gigabit Ethernet end-of-row connectivity for the data center. Allow the switch to support up to 128Gbps per slot and 582 10G Ethernet ports per rack. More info.

Brocade\'s TurboIron 24X

Key features: Brocade's (Foundry's) first 10Gbps top of rack switch for the data center supports up to 488Gbps line rate, non-blocking performance with 24 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ ports in 1RU. Features 1G/10Gbps Ethernet dual-speed ports for migration from 1G to 10G. Also sports four 10/100/1000Mbps copper ports. More info.

Varonis DatAdvantage for Microsoft SharePoint

Key features: Full visibility of SharePoint hierarchy, including sites, folders and lists as well as access permissions. Recommendations about whose access should be revoked. Becrypt Trusted Client

Key features: Provides a simple, flexible solution for secure remote and mobile access. Loaded on an off-the-shelf USB drive, it requires user to re-boot the computer before accessing any data. Trusted Client v3 uniquely creates a secure environment on the host PC where the hard drive is never accessed – just the PC's memory and processor. Key features: This tape library reduces floor space needs by fitting up to 4,060 LTO cartridges into a 25-foot structure consisting of two self-contained cabinets. "Each tape is stored in its own individual slot to ensure file integrity and to guarantee that each cartridge is safely housed, neatly organized and protected from dust, light and sprinkler systems," according to Fujifilm.
