How we tested the Oracle Collaboration Suite. We used the Oracle Hosted Pilot Program during our evaluation (see story). We created a handful of users and put the tools through their paces. We did the standard array of e-mail and calendaring functions. Additionally, we created several Web conferences, and simulated what is normally done during a demonstration or briefing, including white boarding and application sharing. Finally, we created some workspaces to be shared among several of the users. We created and stored files within the workspaces, moved them around from user to user, and tried to use some of the workflow processes on them.
