It’s only April, yes, but this press release from Vonage about its “Mother’s Day Survey” sets the bar out of reach:

Vonage Survey Finds that Even in an E-mail-Centric World Six Out of Ten Americans Contact Mom Most Often by Phone

HOLMDEL, N.J., April 25 /PRNewswire/ — Vonage Marketing Inc., a subsidiary of Vonage Holdings Corp., a leading Internet telephony company today announced that the phone is our Nation’s favorite way to keep in touch with their moms. In a survey recently conducted by Vonage and Kelton Research, it was discovered that six out of ten Americans, which is nearly sixty percent of the American public, contact their moms most often by phone.

The other 40 percent have issues we can’t help with here at Buzzblog.

And I know these surveys have a margin of error and all, but are they sure about this six out of ten being “nearly sixty percent” business?
