2020 COVID-19 State of Remote Work Survey Report

Prior to COVID-19, only 3.6% of US employees worked from home part-time or more. In a recent poll from Gallup, conducted in April 2020 after the move to remote work, 62% of surveyed employees reported working from home–an enormous increase from the pre COVID-19 remote workforce statistics. However, many organizations are not adequately prepared for a 100% remote workforce, which has caused massive operational challenges globally.

Since remote work is one of the primary use cases for OneLogin, and many of our customers are going through the challenges of building a scalable remote workforce, we launched a global survey of 5,000 workers who have made the move to remote work since the COVID-19 outbreak.
