RingCentral Connect Platform Offers Development Tools

RingCentral has announced the RingCentral Connect Platform, offering developers and customers a set of tools and services that can be used to build, deploy, and manage custom integrations using RingCentral APIs. The platform is designed to offer out-of-the-box integrations with RingCentral so users can add communication capabilities that support business applications.

The RingCentral Connect Platform provides a suite of tools and services, including a developer portal, a self-service APIs, SDKs, sandbox environment, and tutorials. Developers will be able to track applications in development, and move apps from sandbox to production. Developer support and a forum will also be available to offer further assistance. RingCentral will also introduce a new App Gallery, so customers can fine and use integrated application integrations that are commercially available.

RingCentral has already integrated with other cloud-based enterprise applications including Salesforce, Google for Work, Zendesk, Desk.com, Box and Dropbox. New integrations include Intuit which has integrated RingCentral into one of their products and Zoho, with an integration enabling 13 million Zoho CRM customers to use RingCentral capabilities within the Zoho app.
