How can something this simple be so difficult?
I hate Bank of America with the power of a thousand suns. All I want to do this morning is reorder checks. Figured I would try online, since, well, this is 2011 and they ought to be able to do that without much fuss. I’m now 20 minutes into trying and still have no confirmation from the third-party contractor they transferred me to that my checks are ordered.
Yesterday, my brother was telling me about having been with the same credit union for the past 25 years.
Today I am going to ask him which one.
