Files lawsuit against Apple because iPhone 4S isn't a flying car
endif; ?>A California man is suing Apple because he is of the opinion that the company’s television commercials paint an overly rosy picture of the usefulness of the iPhone 4S.
In other words, this man and his attorney are occupying a court’s time and resources (not to mention mine) in an attempt to prove that the only reason you can’t believe everything you see on TV is that there haven’t been enough lawsuits.
In this case, the commercials in question feature Siri, the iPhone’s voice-activated “assistant,” which the lawsuit alleges cannot in fact teach you how to play the guitar.
