Distinguished engineer discusses an open standards approach to BYOD security
Just wanted to give a heads up that over on my “Open Network” podcast here on Network World I have posted my interview with Steve Hannah. Steve is someone I have known for years in the tech industry and really a remarkable fellow. He is a distinguished engineer at Juniper Networks, but is also the co-chair of the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) Trusted Network Connect (TNC) group.
Steve is instrumental in defining open standards that allow many security and networking vendors to allow their products to interact. Most recently the group has been working on new open standards around BYOD.
Besides TCG, Steve is involved in several other standards body initiatives. He is a great guy with a wealth of information.
I highley recomend you head over to the Open Network and have alisten.
