LinkedIn leaked about 6.5 million of its users' passwords, many of whom have taken them to task for it on Twitter
LinkedIn stole the spotlight from World IPv6 Day today, but it didn’t intend to. In addition to hearing privacy complaints about a seemingly unnecessary data-gathering feature on its iOS app, LinkedIn is scrambling to find out what happened to the 6.5 million encrypted user passwords it has reportedly leaked.

So while everyone was frantically scrambling to change their passwords, others took to the social media sites that didn’t leak their information to complain about the one that did.
Warning: LinkedIn was hacked. Be on the lookout for spam emails that are slightly different than the spam emails LinkedIn usually sends.
