Intel looks to cash in on “Breaking Bad” buzz with “Breaking Fab” campaign
Breaking Bad buzz is at its height with the series finally coming up. (If you haven’t watched this show, Cloud Chronicles highly recommends it).
Big companies are always looking to catch the latest buzz and get their own spin on it. The latest example: Intel latest “Breaking Fab” marketing campaign.

For those not in the know, in Breaking Bad a high school chemistry teachers uses his skills to produce methamphetamine drugs. Like any good drug maker, he dons the clean rubber suits and face masks. Intel says its workers do the same thing – only it makes chips, not meth.
“While Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad live in their “sudo” world, inside Intel Fabs it’s all about pure, hardcore science that only clean hands and microscopic tools can handle. The air inside an Intel Fab is 1,000 times cleaner than a modern day hospital operating room.”
