Quite the trip down TV, computer memory lane

I snapped this photo will dropping off recycling at the Wellesley, Mass., recycling and disposal facility, a profitable outfit for the town. This is no ordinary dump: A year or so ago a guy found more than $20K in a hollowed-out book.

Anyway, with all the buzz about 4K TVs coming out in advance of next week’s CES 2014 show in Las Vegas, maybe people are clearing out space in their living rooms for them…
