Apple's iPad 2 advertisements thus far have been understated yet quite striking and arguably powerful. Apple's latest iPad 2 ad is called "If You Asked" and it, naturally, delivers a concise and to-the-point message about how the iPad is about the experience, not an abstract collection of tech jargon.

Apple’s iPad 2 advertisements thus far have been understated yet quite striking and arguably powerful. Again, while competing tablets like the Xoom and RIM Playbook focus on hardware specs that most people except for the geeks among us could care less about, Apple focuses on software. Apple’s iPad advertisements completely ignore specs and instead center on what users can do with apps, and how the software available for the iPad offers a compelling and enriching user experience.

Apple’s latest iPad 2 ad is called “If You Asked” and it, naturally, delivers a concise and to-the-point message about how the iPad is about the experience, not an abstract collection of tech jargon.

If you ask a parent, they might call it intuitive. If you ask a musician, they might call it inspiring. To a doctor, it’s groundbreaking. To a CEO, it’s powerful. To a teacher, it’s the future. If you ask a child, she might call it magic. And if you asked us, we’d say it’s just getting started.
