Nortel, still in Chapter 11, wants to unload on Radware

Nortel wants to sell off its application-delivery gear to Radware, but to keep on selling it under an OEM agreement, according to Tim Greene’s latest article. Nortel says it would like to proceed, but the bankruptcy filings mean that it has to allow others to bid. The products are from the old Alteon WebSystems, which Nortel bought in 2000.
