The notebook case is approved for use by the Transportation Security Agency.
I used the case at Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) and at the Orlando International Airport (MCO), and it worked in both places. Airport personnel seemed to be aware of this type of case, and allowed me to scoot through security without having to take the laptop out of the bag. The case itself is sturdy and lightweight, with a nice, non-slip shoulder strap and extra padding so your laptop won’t get damaged if you drop the bag.
