Zain Kenya’s customer service staff will adopt a new, more casual style of dress aimed at attracting the youth market, said company managing director Rene Meza.
“Zain is bringing a fresh approach to the market by offering communications solutions that fit the needs of our young, spirited customers,” he said.
Meanwhile, Zain intends to add outlets in all major towns in order to improve product availability and customer service. The areas targeted in the initial phase will be Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and Nyeri.
“Zain is offering value for money, relevant products through service excellence, and a trendy, friendly and fun brand,” Meza said.
