Visafone Nigeria’s subscriber base will soon reach 1 million, chief executive Ninan Thomas said over weekend at the launch of the telco’s Mobile Office handset in Lagos.
Visafone rolled out service in February in 12 states and 100 cities and has now expanded to 16 states and 150 cities nationwide, Thomson said.
Commending subscribers for their loyalty, Thomson said Visafone has made communication affordable and accessible with low-priced handsets, reasonably priced data cards and speedy Internet connections.
He guaranteed that Visafone would continue to focus on customer-friendly policies in the second half of the year, offering competitive pricing, wide coverage and excellent service quality to keep the pace of the network’s growth.
“Visafone will continue to delight its customers with new and fantastic offers focused on spreading the joy of communication to all,” he said.
