The 7.1-megapixel camera is shockproof, waterproof, freeze-proof and sand/dust-proof. I was able to take the camera into the ocean with me and take some underwater photos. I didn’t have to be afraid of using the camera on the beach because of its sand- and dust-proof nature. The camera can spend up to 1 hour in water and go to depths of 10 feet, which is good enough for snorkeling, but a little too shallow for scuba-diving needs. I didn’t test the freeze-proof and shockproof capabilities, but I wouldn’t be afraid to put the camera in my pocket while skiing, as it could survive the cold and my tumbles on the slopes.

The camera measures a very small 3.7- by 2.4- by 0.84-inches, and weighs in at 4.8 ounces. It includes all the normal features of today’s digital cameras, including a 3x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom. Taking photos with the camera was very easy and user friendly.
