Description: The JBL OnStage Micro is an iPod and MP3 player dock that lets you play music files from the device through the speaker. If you pair the device with an iPod you can use an infrared remote to fully control the device. The dock will also power and charge your iPods while they are docked. You can use the OnStage Micro with any audio device that has a standard audio out port.
The device was simple and did what it claimed to do. Setup was easy, I only needed to find the appropriate adapter for my iPod and place it into the docking port. The controls were easily accessible and understandable. Sound quality for its size was acceptable, but I don’t think it would be strong enough to overpower loud talking, such as in a party situation. A larger and more powerful iPod speaker system might be needed for that scenario.
