* Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution Version 7.5
It is bad enough trying to manage the content of a large commercial Web site but when you have to do that and comply with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, you have a huge job in front of you.
The latest release of Stellent’s Web-based, process-specific content management system – Stellent Sarbanes-Oxley Solution Version 7.5 – is designed to help ensure that companies comply with sections 302, 404, and 409 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. It also manages all of an organization’s enterprise risk management (ERM) information.
As Stellent points out: “The Sarbanes-Oxley process is continual. It not only repeats annually but also changes as an organization’s processes change. Technology comes into play in the latter half of this cycle – from information modeling, all the way to reporting.”
The new version includes support for content and process reuse; pre-defined templates for processes, risk and control; support for users to define how much and what type of documentation is required for a specific process; enhanced financial element mapping; risk/control matrix navigation that shows how risks, controls and processes interrelate; context-specific search; and an enhanced design model.
Version 7.5 also includes augmented reporting capabilities that provide higher-level views of current and upcoming compliance activities, as well as the ability to drill down into tasks.
Stellent provides three levels of packaged software:
* Level 1, priced around $10,000, provides installation of the standard package with the customer providing configuration.
* Level 2 provides installation of a tailored package for $40,000.
* Level 3 provides both levels 1 and 2 with total implementation support and integration regardless of complexity. The price of Level 3 is by quotation.
Stellent also provides a range of additional services including clustering and load balancing configuration, report customization, security integration and workflow configuration.
