People donate their old computers, and you can sometimes find huge bargains, or at least an obsolete part that you need to fix an old clunker.

Report: Microsoft paid CCIA official
The anti-trust settlement between Microsoft and the Computer and Communications Industry Association announced earlier this month included a payment of $9.75 million to the CCIA’s president, according to a report published Wednesday.
