This week’s Face-off pits two experts against each other on the issue of passive optical networking – and their arguments are anything but passive. FTTP vendor Optical Solutions’ executive vice president, John Griffin, says PON is already doing the curing. But World Wide Packets CEO Dave Curry says Active Ethernet will win out instead.
